Welcome

Welcome to Chasing the Promise - a blog space focused on life, faith and the randomness that make those two things interesting.  I've written for a while but this last year has been ripe with things that have really challenged me and made me want to give voice to them outside of the comfort of my journals or private conversations. Many of those conversations were with God and Chasing the Promise is an extension of our talks. Sometimes what I share on here will be "Jesusy" in nature, other times it will be my thoughts or poetry or even just things that somehow spoke to me.I have no clue what this all will look like but I'm committed to writing for as long as I feel led and am glad to have you journey with me.*Hugs*Alicia
